Barchette Fiocco di Prosciutto Conti and Brie Cheese

  • 8 slices homemade bread
  • 150 g of Brie cheese
  • 8 slices of Fiocco di prosciutto Conti
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • A bunch of rocket or valerian lettuce
  • Green pepper in brine
  • Preparation


Toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Put the lettuce and the rocket or valerian lettuce, the slices of Brie cheese and the rolled slices of Fiocco di prosciutto. Season and garnish with green pepper.
