  • 1 winter melon
  • 8 slices of Parma ham DOP Rosa Antico Conti
  • Leaves of mint


Cut the melon into 24 small balls with a melon baller. Alternatively, put each piece of summer and winter melon and the ham, making two sticks per person. Put them on the tray and sprinkle with the freshly chopped mint.
