Bavette Pasta With The Traditional Parma Ham DOP Conti

Questo secondo piatto è uno dei piatti simbolo di Parma. Gustarlo sarà come assaporare tutti i sapori della città emiliana.

Ingredients

  • 350 g of bavette (type of pasta)
  • 150 g of traditional Parma ham DOP Conti
  • 60 g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 20 g of butter
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • Black pepper to season

Preparation

Wash and finely chop the shallot. Sauté it in a pan over a moderate flame with olive oil for about 2/3 minutes. Add the Parma ham cut into stripes. Add pepper and take it off the heat after a minute. Meanwhile, cook the bavette in boiling salted water and drain it. Place in the pan with the sauce and a little cooking water a pat of butter.

Mix and add grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
